SEERS welcomes sponsorships for our annual meetings. One of our top priorities is to encourage participation of student colleagues. Sponsorships allow SEERS to offer reduced registration prices for students and provide travel awards for selected students (who are presenting their research) to participate in the meeting. We offer four paid sponsorship levels with a range of benefits. To arrange for cash sponsorships for our next meeting, please visit our event management site. SEERS may be interested in sponsorships with provision of goods or services to the meeting in lieu of payment: please contact the treasurer at treasurer@seers.org to discuss arrangements.

Vendor Opportunities
Vendors are permitted for a fee of $300. This includes a table in a prime location with frequent access to attendees during registration, coffee breaks, and the poster session. Vendors are NOT advertised prior to the meeting; if you wish to have your name/logo circulated in meeting announcements, you must also select a sponsorship level.
Vendor and Sponsor FAQs:
- Registration is not included and must be done separately
- Both vendors and sponsors may provide swag to be passed out to attendees
- Sponsors can elect to direct their donation to a specific program or group – i.e. student travel, welcome reception, workshop, etc.
